All of our componets are up to date except for our hooks to pick up and do activities in the pool.  We were thinking of using a magnet to pick up the little octopuses, but the magnets were too weak, so we decided to use a double-hook design to pick them up.  I have some pictures of us working on the

hooks and also pictures of how the hook is installed.

Ethan is tightening a motor to the main frame.  Next time, he will focus on attaching other parts to the ROV and adjusting the floatation devices for neutral buoyancy.

Trent tell his bestie, Ethan to be careful as he now works on the vertical motor.  Trent, too, will focus on attaching other parts to the ROV and adjusting the floatation devices for neutral buoyancy.

Here is a picture of Lindsay soldering the wire to the terminals of the motor. This is so the wires don't detach from the motors. Next, she will waterproof the motors with wax.

Here is a picture of Zach who is working on putting the alligator clips on to the power wires that he
stripped. Next he will solder the control board.
